give your dog a bath? ...

Try an enzyme based cleaner, it helps with odors
like maybe something like this (yea its for stains but it'll remove the smell too)

wal-mart carries this, i've had good luck with it when a dog has an accident inside

i've got 5 dogs and have no problem with smell in my truck

I've heard that lava rocks work well, just out them under your seat

baking soda. sprinkle it everywhere and let it sit for a while (longer the better). vacuum it up. Will help some. The enzyme based cleaners will do what they claim, break down the 'dead dog' smell. If it is bad i would do both-or more
