Rear seat backrest removal in 2008 F 150

How and best way to remove the rear seat backrest in my 2008 F-150 Screw? I want to run a CB Coax cable through there someplace. All help welcome.

I followed these instructions:
http://www.ford-trucks.com/article/i...2006_F150.html

Once I got one side of the seat "unhooked" I had a friend hold it up and went around to unhook the other side. I was ready for it to be a major PITA as that is all I have been hearing on this site. I'm not sure how much easier it could be and still have the seat back held solidly in place.
