Warm water will re-liquify the blood and wash 99% of it away, then while it is still damp, use a good upholstry cleaner. If fabric, I can recommend K24 or Goddards dry clean for spot removal & blue corral upholstry & carpet cleaner for general cleaning. For leather, Lexoral for general cleaning and Connolly Hyde Cream for conditioning
