i have a 2000 f150 supercab with the solid back seat back rest.... i bought seat cover but how the @$&! do i get the back rest off

 

There are two Hangers holding it on.

If you Push the seat toward the back of the cab and yank up it will come out. You must push and pull it up at the same time. This is not very easy the first time.

supercab is the ext cab thanks tho ill go try it out... haha you got a 2000 roush huh yeah i got a 2000 fx4 never made one but i did the ranchos skid plates stickers... all the good stuff haha
