Console shifter

My cap on top of the console shifter broke, there is 3 tabs that holds it in place. According to Ford, you have to buy the whole shifter. Does anyone know where I can get one or is there one made by the aftermarket?

I already have one tab broken off, sucks. Try ebay or just get an aftermarket one, but i think you should just be able to buy that piece.

I tried buying the piece from the dealer and had to sit down. You have to buy the whole shifter, about $80. I haven't found one on Ebay or anywhere else. I'll keep looking.
