I agree with the ozone machine. Just leave it inside the cab overnight all odors gone.

Well, here is what I had to do after my my Brother and his Dog drove my baby for a year. He is a heavy heavy smoker. I spend much $$$ on febreez, Ozium products, shampoo and air fresheners. Then I turned to the professional cleaners and spent another $350. It worked for about 2 days. Now I am fed up. I pulled the entire inside apart. Door panels, head liner, seats, carpet, I mean everything. Then I took the seats completely apart and washed everything by hand, with a pressure washer and in the washing machine. I let it all dry then put it all back together again. This project cost me about 2 jugs of tide and 5 days to complete. The good news is, it now smells almost like a new truck, but it did get rid of all the bad oder inside it.

OZONE. Its the only way to completely get rid of the odor.
