Gauges swap....

Hey guys,

I am thinking I really want to swith out my gauges for something else. I currently have the stock XLT's and hate the look of them. I'd love to have the FX4's but it looks like that is a difficult and expensive swap that you have the dealer install.

So that kinda leaves me with the white face option which I don't think would look too bad pending design and look but some white faces look entirely too "ricey" Anyone have any other suggestions on mods you may have done to add a little better looks to your xlt gauges. I tried a search but couldn't find much. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Well found a good deal on some fx4 Gauges off ebay and jumped on it. My question now is how much is Ford gonna want to do this swap?

Matt

Well, too late now I guess, but I did the silver face swap.

With a silver truck and the silver a/c vents (thanks to Drew) I like how the gauges & needles look.

I like that look. If ya dont mind by asking how much did setup run ya? I might end going that route if this fx4 gauge idea ends up being too much of a hassle....Thanks

About $160 for the guages and needles. I did the swap myself.
