Squealing windows

I have a 06 super crew, and a few weeks ago my driver side window and driver side rear windows have begun to squeal every time I raise and lower them. Any ideas why or how to fix without taking to the stealership?? It almost sounds like glass sliding on rubber. I know there is a rubber gasket on the window track, but would that make that much noise? Anyone else with this problem??

as simple as this sounds...I have had that "noise" as well. I washed my windows and the rubber and all was fine! just a thought! LOL good luck bro!

I have a similar sound in my drivers side front window, has done it since it was new. Does it worse when its cold out. Washed the window inside and out and it didn't help. Took it to the dealership and they recleaned it then replaced the weatherstripping and gave it back to me....with the squeal still occurring of course.

Since its warmed up its gone away. I really want to sound deaden my doors which includes sealing off the access holes in the door. I'm pretty apprehensive about doing that knowing the windows will start making noise again in fall when the temp starts dropping.

My 2004 just started doing the same thing. Only on the drivers side though. I also took it apart and cleaned everything but it still makes the noise. it drives me crazy tho. Guess itll limit my Fast Food intake due to teh craze that the noise brings me

I have cleaned the window and rubber seal already and sound still happens. It does seem louder when it is colder out. Sound almost goes away when it is raining, like the water is a lubricant on the rubber. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on any type of product to use on rubber gaskets to keep them slick, without streaking the windows.
