you can try ebay. but most dealers wont swap in a cluster with different miles then yours. i think its gunna be around 500 if you get it swapped at the ford dealer.

The only other choice would be find a cluster with a little more miles than yours, then swap it in when the miles match up. The dealers cannot program mileage due to legal issues, but the dealer can program the as-build data into the cluster (for a fee of course) but it would be a cheaper route. Also make sure the year of the cluster matches, some members tried the cluster upgrade with diff years and had problems programming.

Just keep searching daily on ebay if that's possible. I have seen some pop up with a buy it now price and they are gone within the first day. Also to answer you other question, when you plug in a diff cluster, your truck will run but some options may not. They are controlled through the cluster that the dealer programming will fix, such as the door open chime, air cond and some others I can't remember.

I can't say that for sure. I had bought a couple of lariat clusters at different times to do an upgrade on my XLT. The mileage was off on them of course but one that I plugged in, the a/c didn't work. The other one everything did work except for the mileage being off.

Once you find a new cluster for your truck I can program the mileage on it.
