Switch from 60/40 to KR Bucket Seats.
Guys I have purchased some 01 rear Screw bucket king ranch seats, to go into my xlt 01 screw. The passenger side bucket seat fits perfect but the rear dirver side bucket looks like on the left side of the seat there are no holes for the seat to fit into. Does this mean I'm going to need to mod holes on the floor panel for the back and front leg to bolt down too? Also I have the King ranch center console for the back. I looks like I'm going to need some type of bracket for this. Or do I use the bracket off the 60/40 to make this work? Any ideals would be appreciated. Also does anyone have pics of what the bracket for the rear center console looks like?

This is how I"m going to do it...
Ok.
I went out and took a look at the back seat bolt layout and here's what I'm going to do. In the picture below you can see I have circled in red the weld spots that I will drill out and then cut out a section to include the plate which has the bolts and hole. I'm going to take that piece and use that as the pattern to cut out on the other side then swap weld each piece. Then do a little grinding then cover up with some primer.

I got real lucky. The Cab clip I had used to put back my truck still had the rear seat bolt holes I could use to allow me to put in place the passenger side rear bucket seats. I've noticed several posts where people are trying to go from the 40/60 bench in the back to the bucket and here's what I can see. Unless your truck was configured for the bucket rear seats you’re not going to have the bolt holes for the driver side rear bucket seat. When I was looking at my cab clip it I could see from the cut away on the back seat floor half that the holes were not hidden or anything like that. What I'm showing below is the process of how I'm going to use the passenger side bolt plate from my cab clip. In this picture you can see I have drilled out the 4 spot welds that held the seat floor bolt bracket plate in place. What I'm going to do next, is on my truck dry fit the new plate and make a cut just wide enough to get the plate in the back seat floor panel and tack weld back in place and then put a patch piece over the plate and filler it up and cover.
More progress
Well guys I'm about almost done I had to creat my fab piece that the new seat would fit in, here the fabed piece that the seat will connect to:

After that I cut a hole in the back seat floor where my new fabbed piece will fit and be welded back into:
.
Here's what the fron of the pre-fabed piece will look like and the part that will be welded to the floor panel:
.
This is the seat I will be putting in the back. Once I have the piece in place I will weld the plate in place and have it done.

Well I did the final weld in the seats fit perfect. Now I was going to install the cenger console in the back but realized I did not have the floor bracket, so just for fun I called the local stealership and the wanted 499 bucks for it. Anyone got one around they might want to sell, Cheap that is.
