seat belt problem, help needed
OK, so I am an idiot!! I was pulling up the carpet to reinstall some wire for my system and I had to remove the seat belt anchor or whatever you call it, from the floor. Well, it wound up and wont come back down. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem? I cant drive without a seatbelt for safety and law reasons. Thanks for your help. It's a 1999 f150 supercab
