Heres the situation, the truck used to be dads and he wasn't the best at taking care of it. So one hot day he but an old tractor battery on the back floor, it started leaking battery acid and completely ruined the back carpet on the driver's side. Later on that summer my mom put an old rusted paint can on the behind the passengers side and the can started leaking bad, they didn't tell me till the next day when the paint was completely dry. My question is how much would a new carpet cost for a 2001 F150 Super crew, and how would i get the paint off the floor mat because i still want to keep it just in case they put something else weird back there.
