What is the cubbies in the underside of the console lid for?

I have a 03 SCrew Bench front seat with a built in consol in the seat (middle seat folds down to make a console/armrest) and in the console the unside side of the lid has little nook and crannies to put certain sized things, what do ya'll think they were designed to hold???

I will take pictures of them when I get home and post the pics, to help clarify what I am talking about.

I know what you are talking about. I didn't even notice them (or the change holders) until I'd been driving the truck for around 8 months. I keep pens and a small notebook in them, heck I dont know what they are designed for.

I don't know if the 04+ ones have the same pattern to them???

LOL! Only issue is if you already have the girl w/ her legs open on top of the console, it is counter-intuitive to ask her to move so you can open the console to get the condoms! Therefore, keep them in the slot to the bottom right of the steering wheel in order to avoid any "mishaps!"

That is where I keep my phone.

I figured on the tissues, those little Kleenex pocket packs. And I figured out the area for casettes. But what else????

+1, tissues. Kleenex brand makes a specific size that fits in perfectly.

Tissues should never be used in a truck. Not b.c they are sissy like but b/c they leave lint and dust around.

Work around. Use cheap wally world MF's in place of tissues.
