missing O S*&^ Handle?

i have a 99 f150 XLT regular cab however inside i only have the passenger O S*** handle until yesterday i thought this to be normal, maybe it is. I saw another 99 XLT at work with the factory handle on both sides. im thinking about getting one but dont know where. i say this because it would possibly prevent some wear and tear on the drivers seat from me sliding in and out.

im guessing the only place is to get a new a pillar cover and handle from ford but no clue on part #'s

Almost all parts departments have schematics and are willing to give you part #'s. I would take your A pillar cover off and see if there are holes for the bolts first.
