WeatherTech Floor Liners???
I have decided to get the liners up front and am just going to look for something else to put in back as others have done. The back is not as critical for me as it does not get used all too often and I can look for something that I won't mind trimming if need be.

Weather Tech...
I have the Weather Tech mats in front and the rear cab and absolutely love them. They came with the truck and probably wouldn't have purchased them outright. Weather Tech will always have a place in my vehicle now.
These are the ones I currently have, which I like.

They just give off some slight plastic odor that I can't seem to get rid of, if I could find a way to get rid of it then I would just keep the mats.

I hate to come across as a cheapskate, but I couldn't justify $150 for floor mats. I went with $30 mats from Wallyworld. They work just fine. In fact, they are even grooved deeper than the WTs to catch water. They fit and the color match is good. They are really thick and stand up to wear.
Regardless of what you go with, I'd not rely solely on mats or liners to protect the carpet. You still need to Scotch-Guard it. I can't count how many times I've pulled out Husky or WT liners in the course of a detail only to see stains that required some serious cleaning.
If you go with the expensive stuff, the WT seems to be far superior to Husky liners which seem to curl up.
Just my observations and two cents worth.

True Story: One day my wife sends me to the store to get milk and a few odds and ends. I jump in the truck...drop the bag of stuff in my passenger floor. What do you know, the milk busted open, a whole gallon? Had had the cheap o's from Wally World with the DEEP GROOVES, I would have milk all over my carpet. But instead, I opened the door and the milk ran out right over the door sill. Best money spent yet.
It hasn't happened to you......yet. When it does. Everyone with the Weathtechs will say to you "we told you so"
Of course this goes without saying....the above post was littered with sarcasm.

Don't misunderstand me. I like the WTs. They are just so damned expensive. I've considered good custom seat covers a priority.
Of course, if I get the HD I want, I'll be so deep in debt that another $150 won't matter. A no brainer in that case.

Taking a tote with you is also consider OTP.
I still say the WT are worth the extra coin. The nice high lip all the way around in the front seat mats. I love the fact they are stiff and not flimsy like the cheap mats as well. I agree anything is better then the useless stock mats but if you are going to have the truck for a long time why not get the good ones.
I bought mine from weather tech Canada so I paid even more then the rest of you and I still say they are worth the $$$. If I have to spend $ 1500.00 for new tires what the hell is a couple hundred for mats.

weather tech's
just put the Weather Tech's in my 2008 Ext.cab, love them. For now, staying with the mats that came with the truck for the rear. Used to have the Catch-All in my 02', not bad but kinda held the dirt in the carpet material, hence odors too. WT's are a perfect fit too.
I just recieved my Wheather Tech floor mats . wow I really like them . and for the rear . I really didnt like the way it looked in the catalog like other members here . well now that there installed i couln't be happier. gotta get some pic's
