What are the best things to use to make the interior look like it was brand new? The basis for this is that my steering wheel has like a black soot, which is basically dirt build-up, and I would like the easiest solution to remove this. I don't want to use Armor-All.

 

Others here are experts at cleaning but what I have found that works very well are dampened microfiber towels rung out. Even with no cleaners, these seem to get most stains and dust off of almost all surfaces. Also a diluted simple green mixture with the same towel should clean most interior plastics and vinyls.
