Is it possible to take a center consol from say an expediton and put in my reg cab F150? Because i dont like the 40/60 seats. Or has anyone already done this and have pics?

 

i did it to mt 2001 heres a pic. I did all the painting and vinal myself. im still working on getting the new seats in

 

A bunch of people with Lightning's have done it. They have cut their 60/40 seat down and installed an Expedition Console.

The console is from an Expedition. The Lightning guys have actually cut down their 60 portion of the passenger seat to fit.

Do you think instead of cutting the 60 i could just use another seat? or is it just easier to cut the 60?

 

It may be easier to buy a new seat if you can find one cheap. You could get Expedition or F-150 captain's chairs.

Is there anbody out there that knows how to take a center console apart from a 2004 F 150 super cab thanks samm.

 

I have an 03' but the 4x4 selector is over the transmission hump, couldn't do this could I?
