What seating configuration gives you the center console and shifter? That looks pretty cool and nothing like my 2003 that just has a large armrest that opens.

 

The FX4 has front bucket seats and a center-mounted shifter with a flow-through console, not sure if you can get it on trim levels other than the FX4 though (KR maybe?) I like my center seat though - definitely comes in handy when you've got a 6th person (of course, they eliminate my armrest so I have to lean to the left and that messes me ALL up)

It is an option on the FX4 and Lariat, while it is standard on the King Ranch. You have to order the bucket seats to get the console shifter.

For the rear, Lariats and KR's have the fold down console. Some Lariats do not come with the rear seat fold down console, I am not sure what you have to order to get that on the Lariat.

 

It's also standard on the FX2.
