Non-Greasy Interior Protectant?

I am looking for a non greasy, low shine protectant that will work on the interior of my 07 Exp. The dash is textured and I am not sure what kind of product to use. Any help would be appreciated.

I like 303 Protectant. It's not very greasy. I even use it on my steering wheel. It adds just a tiny touch of the Armorall on the steering wheel feeling.
