I just bought a used Supercab for work. I want to keep my tools inside the cab so I was thinking of removing the rear seats to maximize the availble storage space. Looks like the bottoms are bolted to the floor, But how is the seat back attached to the cab's rear wall? Any other issues when removing the rear seats that I need to be aware of?

I was wondering the same thing in my new '07 XLT Screw.

 

I figured it out, The seat back on is hooked on the back wall of the cab. If you lift up hard the back will unhook

 

Do a search in the 04+ forum there are several threads on removing the rear seats.
