It may be your tail gate latches,However my screw sounded like a dogs toy so I used white grease to squash it ..no more squeak!

I've got an 04 FX4 and I am getting the same sound from my backseat area. It sounds like it is coming from the right rear passenger door. I found that if I move the door back and forth I could hear it or what appeared be the source of the sound. I removed the door trim panels and found that the noise was coming from the adjustable rod going from the outside door handle to the latch mechanism. Made and adjustment to try to take the slop out of it and the noise was gone for a couple of days, but now it's back. It appears to be coming from somewhere else. I'll find it sooner or later, rattles and noises like this drive me nuts!

Sounds like it could be trim panel or bolt not adusted all the way... Spend some time methodically pushing on every panel and seats in your truck. Process of elemination. Check to see if seat of your truckseats are bolted down all the way as well.
I had a mustang that made a chirping sound. I tightened the right rear bolt and bwala! Gone! No more sound..

I finally found my noise! It was the tire jack located under the rear seat, repositioned jack, tightened straps and noise is gone.

will check that but not sure if that will help because sound is louder when back window is open so may be on the outside

I had a chirp as well, it was the seat belt bolts under the rear seat not being tight enough.

I have an 05 S-crew and it gives noises when the unused seat belts are out of their exactly correct position, such as flipped over or against the seat insetad of flat against the interior trim. Also I had a squeak at one point that I thought was in the RR seat area but turned out to be in the ceiling console. Best thing is to have someone else drive it while you search for the noise.
