Removing A/C vents

If anyone can let me know how to remove the circular air vents/vanes in my dash, I would sure appreciate it! My 3 yr. old thought they would be a good place to deposit a handful of coins.

Just don't want to break anything.

Thanks,

Lee

Yep, they came right out. Reclaimed over $10.00 in change! It's a wonder that any air could get through the vents!

Guess I should get the little one a fun piggy bank....

Thanks for the help!

When I was younger, (like a child) I put a NYS Thruway ticket down my parent's vent in the car. The only way to get it back was to take the dash totally apart!!! Not to mention my Dad had to pay the entire route in the Thruway, which was like $30 because he didn't have the ticket... what's even worse was the fact that the toll was only $0.65 because it was only 2 exits. Too bad EZPass didn't exist back then...

I sure did get a red sore from that one. I still remember doing it.
