Carpet and Headliner

Ok, I have two questions. One, the carpet in my 98 F150 is stained beyond repair, it's a watermans truck so any liquid from either a John Deere diesel motor or the Chesapeake Bay and any of its inhabitants has been in there. Could I take out the carpet and put down some roll on or spray on bed liner like Rhino Liner or Line-X? Two, the headliner in the truck is coming undone and looks like crap. Any companies y'all would recommend to look at for replacements? Thanks for the help. I'm trying to get the truck good looking before I head out to college in either Idaho or Iowa.

For the headliner, maybe you could try the upholstery shop. They should be able to repair headliner fabric and/or the board. Something to check into at least.
