Arm rest broke off need help!!

Arm rest broke off need help!!
I have a 1998 f150 4x4 xlt with the bucket seats and the center console. well i was leaning over to get something out of my center console and holding on to the passenger arm rest and the aluminium plate inside there broke in half and now my arm rest in sitting on my back seat. I was looking at how to take the pieces still connected to the seat off, but cant tell how to do it.
How do you replace just the arm rest?
Also where could I get another one? I was going to just go to a junk yard and look for a good one but if yall have any other options that would be great.
