Painted my dash

I might have used an adhesion promoter before prime but it is interior and not touched too much so no big deal. I just see what Tremcladding a plastic cargo roof luggage thing did, my dad swears by tremclad and would spray bomb a car if he could. It was a luggage container that goes on the cars roof, like a Big Mac container and he just sprayed black Tremclad. It's peeled badly since, looks like a dalmation dog. Anyways man, looks *****. As far as those blue coolant hoses go, try Summit. I found more than just 5.0 mustang applications so maybe you'll get lucky, just an update from another thread. Like I said, looks pro, unique for these rigs, and should last. I hear lots about painting plastic, always exterior and adhesion promoter is mentioned for flex and durability, you'll be fine as my brother did the same thing to his 95 stang and still looks great.

Oh yeah lol already has 1 coat of wax, and its getting a 2nd coat this weekend, mostly to get the few finger prints off, where people think they need to touch it.... It took about 20 minutes to get all the pieces off, 5 to clean them, and just primer them, paint, clear, bake. could all be done in a day no problem

i started mine today, got it all apart.. there was one stupid bolt i couldnt find so it took a long time.. and what the luck.. the one socket missing in all your sets is the one you need. finally got it all apart and cleaned, what did you use to clean yours???
i tried to prime mine but the primer was clearish, and went on very thin and didnt fill any of the roughness at all! so i quit for today, gonna sand it tomorrow and then buy some other primer.. did you use plastic primer or regular???
