I actually diluted some Purple Power (20% PP and 80% water) soaked a clean rag. Wrung it out, and wiped the seats. I was amazed. The stains almost totally disappeared. I realize this is a harsh cleaner but if it didn't work I was going to buy those Wet-Okoles everyone raves about.

I am pleased with my results... I wish I had some before and after pictures. I was just so upset with the seats (even plain water stains them) I was willing to trying anything. Hopefully RockPick will see this post. He is the MASTER of detailing. I am sure he can tell you the correct stuff to use.

I would be curious as to what products you have tried.

I'm not a promoter of armor all products, but I will say this: Their Oxi Magic product really amazed me with its ability to get out some tough stains. I used a dampened sponge and thoroughly sprayed the seat(s). Then I began wiping it up/off. Stains that had been there for a while came out with little to no effort. I even took it to the dealership one time to get serviced. The service boy got something on the seats and it was pretty stubborn. But, it did come out.

I haven't had any staining/spotting with it yet. Until someone shows me something better, I'll continue using it.

Let us know which products you used. I really want to know which ones because I'm sure my fave is going to get discontinued at some point.

I got some black ink from a printer on my front seat a while back. I used a Woolite product made for upholstery. It came in a light blue can. I sprayed it on then rubbed it with a damp cloth, then rinsed the cloth out in a bucket. I had to do it 3 or 4 times, but it took all the ink out.

I use Hoover Spot & Stain cleaner. Works great on anything. The key to these seats is not to use to much cleaner as you may leave a larger water stain. Use small amounts. You may have to clean some spots several times, I did. After the seats are clean, Scotchguard them. I have no spots on my seats 5 months after cleaning.

If it's small, a towel with warm water on it will do the trick.
