My truck is a 2002 XLT
I think I have a bad switch in the armrest, probably got wet or something. I can't figure out how to get into the armrest to test the switch. I've found the screw that's on the inside of the door handle, removed it but was unable to determine how the rest comes apart so I can access the mirror switch. Does anyone know how this comes apart?

The panel that the switches are mounted too just pops right off. Grab the inside edge and pull it up and left.
