Hey--Don't know if this is where I should put this...but...

I have a 2003 F-150Sport (regular cab, XL trim package). I want to replace the 60-40 bench/seat with 2 captains chairs and a center console. If possible, I'd like to upgrade to leather, and possibly electric seat adjustments. So, my question is;

Is this feasible (for the console and right seat) and how much should I look at spending? (Or is it so expensive it wouldn't be worth it?)

If anyone has some links to a good compny for this, I'd appriciate it.

correction--it's a 40-20-40 with fold down console...hope this helps

 

your best bet is to go for a set of the expedition leather seats from the same year...you may be able to junkyard them...but not sure you'd have much luck with quality. If you found trashed set you could have them re-upholstered, and the cost may actually be a little easier on your pocket, and you'd be sure to get the exact color you want. If you do go with the J/Y expy seats then be sure to get the electrical connector for the seat adjustment. Then custom build your console. I'm building mine to house my Sirius, headunit and a 10" sub in it...not to mention the spots for my remotes and a few cupholders.

JL Audio makes custom console/subwoofer enclosures if you are into that.

I'm looking to go the same direction that you are with the custom center and bucket leathers in my 02 SCrew, either way we're looking at about $1000-$1200 for the set up.
