Help - first time poster here - I've managed to get the cup holder stuck in the center console. The little metal spring thingie on the back came loose so I removed the holder, re-attached the spring with a modest amount of duct tape and now the holder won't come out at all. I removed the dash around the radio to see if I can spring it loose (pardon the pun) but no dice... I also tried to come up from the heater area but I can't get at the back of the cup holder. It seems that this part if the truck is more secure that most nuclear facilities. Is there any way to get at this besides removing the entire dash? I would like to avoid that if possible. Please note that I know how to remove the cup holder from the slide tracks, the problem is that the cup holder is all the way in the dash and stuck tight.
