I have the same year truck and my Lariat seat covers need replacing as well. I called http://www.fordpartsonline.com at 866-941-3673 and they can get OEM covers for about $176.65 per piece, 2 pieces (bottom and back) per seat. So about $706.60 plus shipping, tax and installation. A dealership is a lot more, forget eBay you won't find them, I have not, at least not in the last year, in a wrecked vehicle the seats will be the same or worst than yours.
