03 pop-out cup holder
in my dads 03 screw on the front dash theres a popout cup holder & the other day he went to push it in & it went in but it didnt like lock in place; like the spring broke or something
has this happened to anybody & does anyone know how to take the holder out & try to fix the spring/locate it

to pop it out, you reach inside and pull the bottom twords you a little, it releases, then you can pull up and out.
When i do take it out, and i put it back in i just push down, and its designed to pop back into place. So you might try poping it out and then trying to get it to reseat.
