Removing Ink? Stain

I have a blue-ish stain on one of my door panels that looks like it's from an ink pen or marker. It's smeared around a little and even found it's way onto one of the grab handles. Somebody had it on their hands and left it with my Expy. I've tried leather cleaner, Magic Eraser, hairspray and fingernail polish remover, but nothing has affected it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try a little Goof-Off or Goo-Gone!

Thanks. I'll get me a bottle of it and give that a try. Something has to be able to remove this stuff.

I've used Goo-Gone on some pretty nasty stuff, all with great results. Watch out though, some of this stuff can take off paint and/or cause discoloration if you rub hard enough.

Our dog chewed an ink pen and got it all over the carpet. My wife read that hairspray will get it up. Also I read rubbing alcohol will get it off but you have to be careful that it will not take the paint off or discolor.

Be very careful with the Goo Gone on that vinyl...
