I have a 98' F-150 - and the passenger door panel has a cut in the vinyl that most of the upholstery shops that I have been to say is unrepairable.

Does anybody know of any place to buy interior door panel replacements besides scrap yards?

where is the cut?

In the soft area of the arm rest?


If so, just replace that pad. Available from the dealer for a nominal amount

 

The section in the center can be bought seperate and installed into the existing door panel? Here is a photo of the door panel in question:
