How do I remove lower dash panel on 2001?

I am installing a handicapped hand control on a 2001 supercrew and must temporarily remove the dash panel below the steering wheel. I've removed 3 or 4 screws but it still feels like it's attached at 2 or 3 points. Is the panel "snapped" in place? I didn't try to tug too hard for fear of cracking something. Any advice?
Thanks, Mark

Check behind the fuse box cover.

there are 2 bolts under the dash passed the hood release, also under the hoodrelease and park brake release there are 2 screwes.. then there are also screws under the upper cover that is directly under the guage cluster and then 2 or 3 more screws that arent hidden... shoudlnt be anything behind the fuse box cover.. to get this panel off...
