Anybody know if there is an Aerostar forum. Got rid of my van a long time ago, but I still have the fold down into a bed seats from the Eddir Bauer I had. Nice seats and I can't stand to get rid of them for no reason.

 

Not sure of an Aerostar forum... but there may be a way to convert them for an Astro... (I just traded my Astro for my much superior "Obi-150", btw).

My dad had one of those. An '88 that both the front and back bench (2nd & 3rd row) seats folded to about a double size bed...

Hmmmm...

I wonder if there would be room in a Supercrew for some kind of tricked out bed/seat? Or maybe mount the in the bed under a shell?

I've had them in the garage covered up for a while. Loved the Aerostar for a service truck. Good heavy frame and room. Took the seats out to put in some base ones so I didn't mess them up, and left them in when I sold the van.Too much of a penny pincher to throw good seats away :o

btw, they will latch onto 1/2" pipe to mount. Used them temp on a float for the parade a few years back.
