Changing a seatbelt

My 2 year old decided he liked mommy's seat belt in her GC better in half, so he cut it. Didn't make it all the way through, but now I have to replace it. Anyone ever replaced a seatbelt before? Is it a PITA?

I took mine out to install my sound deadener. Not that hard, basically just 3 bolts. Two on the floor, one on the ceiling.
If the seatbelt seams stuck when reinstalling make sure you have the extratctor on the floor in the same "level" position it would be if installed. My belt was in all the way and I couldnt for the damn of me get it out, I tried everything screwdriver, tuggin really hard etc., I just got lucky and was holding it in the right position when the belt just slid out.
