rear sliding window

rear sliding window

my 90 f150 has a sliding window in the back and it rattles and its very noisy, it just got exceptionlly louder last night after i broke wheels, but the noise seems to stop when i put my finger on the locking device....does anyone have any advice to help me with this, its really annoying..thanks

Had The Same Problem with ours, we used a small piece of Shelf Liners. It's a rubber grid type roll you can buy to lay in your cupboards to stop sliding. It works fine and you can't see it.

Here is a picture of some Shelf Liner Material

Flareford150, thanks for the reply man i would of never thought to use that stuff, do i get a piece of it and put it in the locking part of it...????thanks again for the reply and thats a nice flareside you got ......take it easy man...inline6dude
