I've removed the top and bottom part of the seat, and I want to remove the brackets also. The problem is that I can't get the last bolt out. There are (3) nuts and 1 bolt holding the bracket in. The bolt seems to go through the frame. I've tried a few impact wrenches, but nothing will budge it.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
