Question Installing '00 headliner/o'head console

I'm going to install the 2000 headliner, sun visors, and overhead console in my '99 Lightning (a standard cab flareside). Everything SHOULD fit, and I can get power for the thermometer/compass from the dome light. Anyone have any suggestions?

Cool

Should be do-able, i was looking into this becuase i wanted the compass option when i was 4wheeling, I think the thermometer has to run around the winsheild, and back down an a-pillar to a sensor in the engine bay, but that shouldn't be too much effort.

The headliner is held in by the coat hooks on the back edge, and the sunvisors, then there is a clip that keeps the front edge up during assembly. Removal is a bit difficult, becuase it won't want to come out of the doors.

Back when i was a univ. student, i assembled the headliners at the Ontario Truck Plant, - they were put into the cab via the front window, which wasn't installed yet.
