Can anyone help with instructions on removing the door panels on a 2000 Scab XLT?

I searched past postings but only found guidelines on a 1997!

I just took apart my doors this weekend to see how difficult the sound proofing is going to go. I was going to post how to remove the door panels, but fedexpilot beat me to it. You will want to use the info in the first link, because it looks like the supercrew has slightly different door panels than the supercab. It is very easy, good luck.
