Question Door sill removal??

I want to steam clean my carpet and I want to do it right so I intend to remove seats and console and hopefulty the door sills I see no physical fasteners. Are they held in with "clips" or an adhesive system? I havn't pryed around yet I figured someone here would share experiences with me before I took a corner off.

Start prying upwards from the back end and then pull backwards to release it from the kick panel. You can also pull the kick panel back to remove that too! Dennis
