Post problem with window roll down thing...er....handle?

Whatever that thing is called (alzheimers kicks in early these days, ha) that you use to roll down your window (if you're cheap like me and don't have 'power) makes an extra click and has some extra play when the window is totally up; almost as if there was an extra notch or spindle inside. Anyone had this (albeit abstract) problem? It's not a big deal, just wondering.

the window crank is usually fitted onto a metal spline. You are probably stripping the plastic spline on the crank (handle).

Yeah, I kinda figured it would be something like that. Well, until it goes bye bye I'm not gonna bother with the thing; there's already a million things I want to fix first Thanks for the reply.
