I am currently have a 150 X-Cab with cloth interior. I want to replace the cloth with leather, but have a few questions. Should I just get the seat covers replaced with leather? If so, factory, or after market? Should I just invest in completely new precover leather seats? Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Check your area for truck conversion shops for factory take outs . There is a company in Terrell Texas called Show Trucks USA that has many factory take offs .
