I got a new carpet for my L from Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. The carpet does not have any holes cut in it. The carpet is also not pre-molded. When I put the carpet in the truck it does not sit tight against the floor in all spots. The only way I can describe it is, it looks like there are air bubbles between the carpet and the floor of the truck. I know it's because the carpet is not yet formed to the floor of the truck. I don't want to go putting holes in the wrong place because the rug is not sitting right in the truck. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to help mold the carpet to my floor? Should I heat it? Use double sided tape? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
