How can I go about getting instructions for this?

Sorry I'm new to the forums but is there a location on this site where I can get the instructions on replacing my cabin air filter? If email is the only way, can someone forward theirs to GREGDEJA@GMAIL.COM thanks again.

If you don't mind please send me the instrucctions also to centauro0027@yahoo.com, I more than need it, I have 2 trucks and the sand storms in this region that I live are very common.
