Yesterday I had the moonroof open in my 2002 Supercrew. When I went to close it, it wouldn't. Then I noticed that it was retracted farther back into the roof than I had ever notice before. The glass and the shade is completely behind the roof opening. Is there a stop or a track that the rollers went beyond? Anyone ever had this problem and have a resolution?

 

pull the head liner and see if it has jumped and i would check the fuse
