Question Head Rest Question

I just bought a 2001 S'Crew. The head rest on the passenger side back seat is all the way up. The adjustment button is pushed all the way in and not moving. Any ideas on how I can get the head rest down? (even if it doesn't adjust back up)

Thumbs up the answer

Apparently, the dealership put the headrest on backwards. The button side and the side with the indentations were on opposite sides. A paperclip released the headrest. Turn around and it is good as new. I know this probably isn't a problem that ever happens again, but it is good to know how to release the headrest.

Thanks for posting the answer when you figured it out. Kinda funny, I have the exact same problem with the exact same seat only on a 2002 SCrew. If you were from somewhere closer to MN I'd have to ask if we were dealing with the same place.
