does anyone know to remove the headrests on the front seats in a 2004 supercab

 

Hold the button that is on the base of the headrest stalks and lift upwards... This is the same button that allows you to click the headrest back down to the lowest position.

To reinsert, reverse the process.

I tryed removing my front head rests this way & they just stop & won't come out. Is there some other trick to this. I have a 04 supercrew lariat with the bucket seats. thanks, Frank

 

i had this problem when installing my seat cvoers...when you lift the headrest to it peak,on the opposite post of the main button, there is a small square, flush button ...you have to depress that to remove the entire headrest
