Post Rear Headrest

I accidently started my headrest in backwards after removing it to lay the seat down. Now the notched side is held fast by the side with no release. Any ideas on how to free that side? 2001 F150 supercrew. Thanks!

there is a small hole on the side of the plastic piece on your seat that the arms of the headrest go into. you need to use a small pin or paperclip to release it.
