anyone know what paint is good for the interior dash?
i would like it to look like factory, maybe like the dark grey found in the mach 1.

should i use flat paint or semi gloss?

Might want to check out the dealer for interior paint. I painted my pillar pod and the match was perfect.

 

best bet if u wanna make it look sharp is ssand it all down nice and smooth then primer then any type of paint will do if ur doing just the plastic pieces. if ur doing some vinyl parts, then ull need some 30% flex in ur primer, but yeah i painted mine with dodge exterior paint, (intense blue) and it looks sweet.

 

I used Dupli Color's High Performance Wheel Coating paint for several of my dash pieces...sand, prime, 2 coats of paint, and 2 coats of clear and it turned out pretty nice.

i want my truck to be more luxurious ( spell?) on the inside.

 

For some unknown reason, I have this Ford part number written down as a OEM vinyl paint that you can use to paint plastic interior peices....I don't remember where I got it from, or if it applies to you, but it's something that can't hurt to check out at the parts counter.
